Boy some companys really stink!!

My niece just sent this to me... I just cant believe what some company's are in the habit of doing, sounds like a big scam to me. She even read some of the fine print they sent after the fact that said she couldn't do anything about it basically. I told her to turn them in to the BBB and report them. She said I cant. SO I am posting here. Anyone got any ideas???

Subject: NEVER USING TRAVELATION AGAIN!


I was trying to find cheap flights from Portland Oregon to Orlando Florida for June 13th through the 24th  for my father in laws wedding,  so i saw 2 round trip tickets for $952.60  from Spirit airlines through Travelation. I called my husband to see if he wanted me to get them, he said yes, so I ordered them.  About an hour later I received the confirmation email  saying  it was for the 14th and that one of the dates was different than what I requested in the search, I called my husband to let him know what happened,  so he called his dad to see if this would work, he then called me back saying that is the day his dad is getting married,  so I called the Travelation costumer service asking them to change the date back to the 13th.  He put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then informed me that it would be an additional $210.12 I  told him I didn't have that much in my account and that I would have to cancel it,  he then told me to cancel the flights it would be $75 per ticket  plus taxes,  I told the guy I didn't have a choice and that I didn't have over $1200 in my account,  he told me I could use another card, because changing the date is a better deal, I told him I didn't have another card  and I didn't have enough money for that right then.  I asked if we could pay the rest next week when husband got paid, but he said we couldn't wait that long, and it usually takes 2 to 3 hours to go through.  I told him to cancel it, he sent me an email saying that I wished to cancel it and put me on hold for about 20 minutes.  As soon as I got off the phone I checked my account and the charge of $215 was pending!

My own slippers

I finely made myself a pair of slippers. Oh man do I love them!! I used the same pattern as before only did the heals and toes solid. Now if I could just figure a way to wear them outdoors with out ruining them LOL
I took 2 different pictures as I didn't think the colors showed up real well on the striped background. The red kind of clashes but oh well. lol

Attention Please...

To anyone who had left me comments via- Google + . Sorry but I was very unhappy with the + part so have deleted it! I do not like my blog being attached to some things, or being accessed by questionable sources.  If I won't visit the site I don't want people coming to my blog via that site. Now hopefully when you leave me a comment I can find it and answer you back.
Now that hopefully that is sorted out I can get back to some happy crafting.

First card with the new Cricut

My sister gave me a Mini Cricut as an anniversary present, so I had to make her a card first as a thank you for it. I love how fast it cuts, but am disappointed at how much it tears up the paper cutting small things. Hopefully I will get it figured out and it will work (or I will ) better. LOL

What happened when I wasn't looking....

I'd like to know what has happened to my blog.
I haven't been posting a whole lot lately and came to take a look and found the main stream of traffic to my blog is form porn. I about got sick!!! I am MAD!!!
I can no longer find my comments from friends and others that have stopped by. I am to mad right now to think clearly to figure this out, But... J or anyone else that is computer savvy. (that I know and trust) Please let me know what to do or should I just shut it down??? Maybe I'll wake up tomorrow and this will all be sorted. Ha ha...

My youngest sister got me the Cricut Mini as an anniversary gift. I had my first play today. OH MY!!!!!!!!!
I am having so much fun I can hardly stand it. HA ha ha... I cut so many things in less time than it would take me to hand cut 1 item. I will try to post pictures of finished projects when I am done. But I have a feeling if I can't be found I will be in my corner of the room playing with paper.
